As per our Terms of Service, all fees and subscription charges are non-refundable. Cancelling your subscription on the same day you sign up will not qualify for a refund.
Stiac already offers a free plan, so no additional discounts are available. However, tax-exempt organizations can contact us with their IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status to learn more about options. If you're part of our Partner Program, you may receive codes redeemable for select services.
